Please note, I will not directly copy another milliners beautiful work. We work hard in the industry to produce quality bespoke pieces.

In the design process we will work through a series of questions to help you decide what you would like.
Don?t worry it won?t be long before your creation comes to life.
We can easily work together. We want you to feel part of the construction process, as if you were here in person.
I have worked with clients by phone and send progress photos as the design comes together.
I also have a small range of hats on hand that you can purchase immediately. Postage is free within Australia.

The process usually takes between 2-4 weeks. Please make sure you let me know the important date for delivery.
Once we have discussed your design and the materials you require, we will be able to provide a better idea of ?timelines for you.
Remember we pride ourselves on handmade bespoke pieces at House of Red Bobbin. Our clients want something special and are happy to wait for their piece to be handmade.

Custom design work:
A deposit of $100 is required to secure a commencement date.
Full payment is required prior to delivery.
Full payment is required at purchase, prior to delivery.
Each piece is handmade with care and quality checked prior to delivery. Any faults are to be reported within 24 hours of delivery for repair, store credit or refund.
Refunds are not permitted if you change your mind or the hat has been worn.

For Bespoke pieces arrangements are made via Direct Credit into our account or by Credit Card.
Free postage within Australia. All parcels will be tracked and delivered by Australia Post.?

For Canberra region clients?- Door to door delivery for a small fee or free pick up is available.
Yes. We have various wholesale arrangements available.
